Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Sales Representative – Maintenance Services to expand our client base and grow our portfolio of maintenance contracts. This role is integral to the continued success of Electro Automation’s aftercare service offering. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive maintenance services to both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for maintenance contracts in target markets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital channels, and industry events.
- Present tailored solutions that address client needs and align with Electro Automation’s capabilities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in relation to maintenance services.
Service Promotion & Upselling
- Promote the full range of Electro Automation’s maintenance packages and value-added services.
- Identify and capitalise on upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Sales Process Management
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and tender responses.
- Conduct site surveys where necessary in collaboration with technical staff.
- Lead negotiations and close maintenance contracts in line with company pricing strategies and margin targets.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
- Provide feedback to management on product development and customer insights.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, proposals, and customer interactions in Maximizer CRM.
- Generate regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and achieved targets.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with service delivery, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure maintenance offerings are clearly communicated and aligned with operational capabilities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets for maintenance contracts
- Client retention and renewal rates
- Number of new contracts signed
- Upsell/cross-sell conversion rates
- CRM data accuracy and completeness
- Customer satisfaction scores
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within technical services, engineering, automation, or facilities management.
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of maintenance contracts and service delivery models.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Maximizer) for pipeline and customer management.
