Electro Automation is growing fast, and we’re on the lookout for a hands-on Mechanical Installation Fitter / Installer to join our progressive team of technicians and electricians. If you’re someone who likes variety, hates repetitive days, and enjoys making things work in the real world, you’ll feel right at home with us.

What you’ll be doing Every day is different. You’ll install and commission a wide range of Electro Automation products, including automatic doors, gates, barriers, parking systems, and bespoke mechanical setups. One day you might be on a commercial site, the next a residential property — and often everything in between.

Who you are We’re after someone with strong mechanical instincts and solid site experience. People who have previously worked as steel fabricators, welders, sheet metal workers, or similar often thrive here. You don’t need to have seen every product under the sun, but you do need to be confident with tools, problem-solving, and adapting on the fly.

To fit in well, you’ll need to be:

· Comfortable travelling to sites across the region

· Experienced with mechanical or metalwork installation in real-world environments

· A safe worker who knows how to behave on active sites

· Someone who enjoys working alongside like-minded, skilled technicians

· Keen to learn, take ownership, and do things properly
